2. Return Policy for Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical products (e.g., T-shirts, merchandise, etc.) under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 4 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Digital Products – No Return or Refund
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., software, design templates, downloadable items), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns, except in the case of duplicate purchases or technical issues caused from our side.
4. Refund Process

For physical product returns that are approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the day we receive the returned product.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method only.

License Delivery: For licensed software/tools, all license keys are delivered securely and once issued, cannot be retracted.

Demo Requests: We encourage users to request a demo or preview (if available) before purchasing digital tools.
