ASTEC Assam – Amar Bigyan Magazine Cover Design (2023–24)

About this project

Finixia Dedecons had the privilege of working with ASTEC (Assam Science Technology and Environment Council), a government body under the Government of Assam, for a creative design project of statewide significance. Our design team conceptualized and developed the official magazine cover for the 2023–24 State-level NCSC (National Children’s Science Congress) publication titled “Amar Bigyan.”

The goal was to represent Assam’s scientific progress, children’s innovations, and the spirit of environmental and technological awareness in a visually engaging cover. We blended cultural elements with modern design to create a cover that would resonate with students, educators, and science enthusiasts across the state.

From layout planning and concept art to final color composition and typography, the entire design process was tailored to reflect ASTEC’s mission of encouraging scientific temperament and sustainability among young minds. This collaboration stands as a testament to our commitment to public sector creativity and educational design excellence.
